Payment Terms

  • Acceptance of Terms: By submitting a payment to Changeover Media through our online invoicing system or form submission, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Payment Obligation: You are responsible for paying the full amount stated in the invoice or order form. Payment must be made using the methods provided by Changeover Media.

  • Service Provision: Services will commence only after receipt of the agreed-upon payment. Delay in payment may result in a postponement of service commencement.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation: Cancellations can be made under conditions specified in the individual service agreement or order form.

  • Refunds: Refund eligibility and conditions will be detailed in the service agreement. Generally, refunds are not available for services already rendered.

Usage Rights

  • Project Usage: Changeover Media reserves the right to use any completed project for its promotional activities unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Dispute Resolution
